These terms are an agreement between you and [business name] (ABN [ABN]), “we”, for using GraziMap. By creating a farm or using the app you agree to them. If you set up a farm for a business, you agree for that business.

1. The service

GraziMap is an app for mapping paddocks and keeping station records, synced between your devices. We keep improving it, so features may change. We’ll give owners reasonable notice in the app before removing anything significant.

2. Your account

• Keep logins and passwords private and give each person their own login. You’re responsible for what is done under your farm’s logins.
• Owners decide who has access. Remove people who leave, and sign out lost devices, in Profile → People.
• Tell us promptly at [email] if you think someone has got into your account.

3. Free trial and subscription

• A new farm gets a 30-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
• After the trial, the farm needs a subscription at the price shown when you subscribe ([price, and whether GST is included]). Subscriptions renew automatically each [month / year] until cancelled, and are paid through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period already paid. [Refund policy, e.g. “We don’t give refunds for part periods, except where the law requires.”]
• If a trial or subscription ends, nothing is deleted: the farm can still be viewed and exported, and new changes wait on each phone until a subscription starts. We may delete a farm that has been unpaid for more than [12 months], after emailing the owner.
• We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of a price change.

4. Your records

Everything you put into GraziMap stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it at any time.

Keep your own copy of anything you must hold by law (for example LPA treatment records and NVDs). GraziMap is a tool to help you keep records; it doesn’t replace your obligations under the LPA program, NLIS or any law.

5. Advice and “Ask GraziMap”

Information in the app, including answers from Ask GraziMap, is general information only. It may be wrong or not suit your property. It isn’t veterinary, agronomic, financial or legal advice. Check important decisions, such as withholding periods, animal health, stocking rates or burning, with a qualified person and the product label.

6. Maps and areas

Map pictures come from third parties and may be out of date or misaligned. Areas, distances and boundaries drawn in GraziMap are approximate and aren’t a survey. Some map pictures are online only because of their licence terms.

7. Fair use

Don’t use GraziMap to break the law, to get into farms or accounts that aren’t yours, to interfere with the service, or to copy it. We may suspend access that puts the service or other farms at risk, and will tell you why.

8. Availability

We aim to keep GraziMap running and backed up, but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. The app keeps working on your phones without a connection, and syncs when it can.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost stock, sales or profit), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Where the Australian Consumer Law allows, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.

10. Ending

You can stop using GraziMap at any time and ask us to delete your farm. We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for a serious breach. Either way, you’ll have the chance to export your records first.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of [Queensland], Australia. If we change them, we’ll update the date above and tell owners in the app; continuing to use GraziMap means you accept the new terms. Contact us at [email].
